As a passionate Psychologist, Yoga Teacher & Trauma Yoga Therapist with over 25 years working somatically via yoga, body, breath-work & meditations fused with psychological modes of treatment including EMDR & ACT, I consult a diverse range of people ensuring those experiencing distress in their mental health receive the support they need so they can exercise choice & agency toward experiencing life holistically, sustainably with focus on restoring balance in mind & body.

I also facilitate workshops tailored to Psychologist & Health Care Providers that focus on teaching yoga and meditation skills to recalibrate and restore the body, mind, from the effects of providing service to others in ways that free the spirit and evolve the soul.
