Strengths-based approach

A strengths-based approach is employed to assist a person to focus on values-based living and to harness their existing strengths to meet with life challenges and achieve their desired goals.
Strengths can include a person’s own abilities, skills, knowledge, motivations and potential. Strengths can also include a person’s social networks and community resources.

Kiera

My name is Kiera, I am originally from New Zealand before I moved to Melbourne last year. I currently reside in the Northern Rivers of NSW where I work remotely while discovering new beauty everyday.

I have been a pilates instructor for 6 years, and more recently have completed my meditation and yoga teacher training. I am currently studying Womb sciences and pre/post natal pilates. I have a strong passion for helping people discover their true potential through meditation, mind body connection and movement. It Is my focus to assist those who have experienced the flows of life’s challenges, to reclaim their power and live a life full of abundance and happiness.

In my spare time I enjoy practicing yoga, hiking, creating, and all things nature!

In my role with Feel: Psychology & Yoga, you’ll hear from me now and then when it comes to providing any assistance with Workshops and appointments. I will also be attending the occasional workshop to assist Julie with the delivery of yoga and meditation.
